I know this is off-topic, but after reading your discussion, I just had to write his.
The problem with YouTube is that it's not just the Quartering who is a reactionary far right-wing click-bait channel. There are many of them like Geeks and Gamers, but the Quartering is the worst of them.
I still remember that a few years ago, when She-Ra and the Princesses of Power came out, the Quartering was complaining that She-Ra doesn't have big enough boobs and thought this was some sort of feminist, SJW attack on men which would cause more women to look more "unfeminine" and was feeling sorry for the next generation of boys who would have nothing "to look forward to". These comments are especially creepy because She-Ra is a cartoon show made for children and the main heroine Adora/She-Ra is a teenage girl and the Quartering was still complaining that her boobs are not big enough and thought this was some sort of SJW indoctrination of children.
I think this particular video got so much backlash that he deleted it, but I am too lazy to check. Even if it's deleted, there should still be some videos on YouTube with people quoting what the Quartering says and mocking him.
I used to watch a lot of videos made by Geeks and Gamers which formed my opinion, but now after I informed about certain things I realized how manipulative these channels are. Like, for example, the whole situation with Bree Larson where they try to paint her as some radical feminist who hates all men and as one of the worst people in all of Hollywood, but then I informed myself about what she actually said which angered them so much... and it turned out the reason why they hate her is because on one occasion she said there need to be more women film critics and people of color film critics since the vast majority of film critics are white males and, thus, the point of view of other people is often not considered when judging a film... which is something I agree with. She did make a comment that she "doesn't need some 40-year old white dude" to judge a film which wasn't made for him, which admittedly was worded rather poorly (and the Quartering and others like him only show this single line of dialogue but conveniently forget to show the rest of what she says), but if someone listens to her whole speech, it's clear she is not actually encouraging discrimination against white males and she just wants more diversity among the people who judge the films. She even says she doesn't hate white men on two occasions in the exact same speech and she explains why she wants this to happen, but these YouTube channels still managed to completely misrepresent what she was saying and portrayed as some man-hater in their videos who wants white males to lose their jobs. Like I said, at first, I disliked Bree Larson because of these channels and how they presented, but then I watched another YouTube who actually shows her speech a and not just a part of it, and I found myself agreeing with her which made me distrust these far-right channels even more than before (I had already started distrusting them because I had noticed that every time when there is a new movie and the main character is revealed to be a women, they started complaining how she is going to be a Mary Sue and would down the men around her even though the movie hadn't even come out yet, which made them look rather sexist to me even if they claimed they aren't).
So, yeah, don't listen to what people like the Quartering or other like-minded individuals say about a film because they constantly find something to be offended over and see SJW propaganda everywhere. You should first watch it for yourself and then judge.
