Hello there.

It's been over six years, ever since I started contributing to this wiki, and about five years since I have been granted the honour of being an admin. But this time is coming to an end.

If anyone asks, no I am not leaving because I disagree with the category merging that are undertaken. The truth is I am weary. Exhausted even. I have come to dread e-mails notifying me of an edit on the articles I wrote and follow, for 9 out of 10 it is something useless/wrong that I have to revert. I no longer have the time and inspiration to write articles, and category problems finally got the best of me.

It's been years since I planned to write articles to make the "Gamebook Villains" finally conform to the 20+ minimum, and to write about the other villains from Daï no Daiboken, among so many others projects, and it's getting farther and farther away from my mind with each passing month. Let's face it, I won't do half of these things... I no longer feel the spark, for lack of a better word. What was once a treasured hobby has become a chore.

Well, to cut an uninteresting story short, I am leaving for good. I shall make the last edits I want on my articles and finish the few projects I want to see done, but by next monday at most, I shall be gone.

It's been an immense pleasure contributing to this wiki for the last six years, and I am grateful for all the exchanges I have made with everyone. I will remember my time here very, very fondly, and I wish good luck to the new generation. But as they say, there are times when one must know when to say "stop".

Having the Muses leave you is perhaps the best reason to bow out of something. I have been here for four of those years and you were one of the most active forces of construction. Have a good life Balthus and may death come swiftly to your enemies.

You have been great to talk to about edits, with your knowledge with regards to this specific wiki being impeccable. Thank you for talking with me about the categories for Black Phillip. Take care, man.
