<p>although I know the difference I feel our "Fairy Tales Villains" category is too vague and should be merged with Folklore or Fantasy, we don't give specific subgenres of Horror their own categories (Lovecraft aside) so why "Fairy Tales"? it is also an anime series so confuses some people.. not only that but when you get down to the basics a "fairy tale" is basically a part of folklore.. or fantasy.. it really doesn't need its own category in my view, since every Fairy Tale is basically a Folklore story or semi-modern fantasy tale. </p>

<p>I'm continuing the renaming of categories with "villains" in the title, we are a villains wiki - it goes without saying they'd be villains and it is redundant in most cases, the only times I can see it perhaps not being so is for naming franchises (even then we could easily shorten DC Villains to simply "DC", Marvel Villains to "Marvel" and so forth). </p><p>I also feel Cinematic versions of Marvel and DC should not have their own categories, whether they are live-action or not they are still part of DC and Marvel.. thus belong in the "DC" or "Marvel" categories. </p>

<p>There was "Copycats;" it could probably be merged with "Frauds" along with "Robotic Counterparts" and the like. </p>

<p>On the subject of Elemental I noticed Poisoners was merged with it. Doesn't seem right honestly consider all the murder mysteries out there and all said villains now effectively marked as elemental. I realize it is already gone but wanted to bring that up since we are on the topic. </p><p>Fascists seems like it should be merged into one of the other categories like Oppressors or Control Freaks, or just Corrupt Officials if only because it is a form of government like Communists and if we get rid of the far left we should also get rid of the far right, to avoid bias. Not particularly hung up on that one, but thought it was worth tossing around for examination. </p>

<p>While they may not be considered "categories" in the broadest sense, I was wondering if categories/templates such as "Spider-Man Villains", "Hulk Villains", "X-Men Villains", etc. could be merged into "Marvel Villains", as most villains take on a number of superheros (even if they are known for fighting a certain one). This would also apply to "Superman Villains", "Batman Villains", "Batgirl Villains", etc. bering merged into "DC Comics Villains". Just a suggestion for a minor edit. </p>

<p>Maybe there should be a change at the gender categories: There is the cagegory Male and the category Villainesses. Shouldn't there be either Male and Female or Villains and Villainesses? I would prefer the first btw. </p>

You've just read my mind. :) Female is better and more simple than Villainesses in my opinion, so I prefer Villianesses merged into Female as well. </p>
