the "evil knight" is a well-enough known archetype that it can stay as its own category.. it also makes it much simpler, since it can mean both a military rank or a simple title.. if we really, really want to get rid of it the best would be Aristocrats (for those who are of "noble" rank (barons, lords, knights, counts etc) - without being Monarchy (kings, queens, emperors, princes, princesses etc) ).

How about Knighted. That covers both actual military fighting men and "in name only title".

Otherwise "Aristocrats" or "Nobility" works best for the knighted while leaving Military for the fighting variety.

Though I'll ask, is a *title* even a necessary category for a villain?

Liars are not intrinsically Evil or Wicked. Protagonists and Heroes can Lie. Even the so-called "Lie of Omission"—which I do not personally subscribe to— is necessary for Good Guys in the need of maintaining a secret identity.

However, Hypocrites—while also not intrinsically Evil—is often more proactively negative.
