Can't the category just be merged with Presumed Deceased? I mean it's kinda pointless when ya think about it.

<p>Uh...why? Inconclusive means you are unsure of the villain's fate. WHile with Karma Houdini, you know they get away scott free. Sorry but that makes no sense to me.

<p>Well.. Isn't inconclusive meant for villains that we simply don't know what happened to them, or for stories that aren't continued, while Presumed Deceased are for villains that went through a deadly fate, but might still be alive?

<p>Yes, JoElkis, that precisely. No villain should have both Presumed Deceased and Inconclusive at the same time, unless they appeared in different stories and universes. Presumed Deceased is only for those who disappeared through deadly situations, but they were never confirmed dead. The inconclusive ones simply disappear, without escaping karma, yet their story was never complete. Mostly for those characters from works that remained unfinished.
