<p>Hello everybody, </p><p>Recently, I've seen a sharp rise in disrespectful, rude, cruel, and shaming comments. I will not name names, but here are some of the messages I've encountered (pardon the language): </p>

• "THIS IS NOT A FUCKING TOTALLY SPIES WIKI, YOU DUMBASS!"

• "This dude is a dead meme cliché. Immature kids use this meme, and nobody doesn't care much about this meme anymore. "

• "You bring that up right now you bully!"

• "Useless!"

<p>Frankly, I'm disgusted by it. No one, regardless of experience on this wiki, should EVER beat down on others like this. I'm not an admin, but I think I speak for them when I say that this kind of berating has no place here, regardless of the situation. The most common one I see is people insulting others for liking a character they don't like. That kind of shaming is extremely hurtful. </p><p>While it is true that you have the freedom to express yourself and share your opinion (as the internet is one of the last places you can), it should be done with more thought, and more a more polite attitude. If you are in a disagreement, never result to shaming or swearing; it is wrong and makes people not want to come here anymore. </p><p>Please do me a favor, everyone, and think before you post. </p><p>Thank you. </p>
