I think she counts.

and she saved the babies from him.

She is still manipulative and demeaning to anyone younger than her.

<p>for me angelcila is spoiled brat who did villainous deeds towards her cousins and his friends   </p>

<p>She's more of a neutral character if anything.  I wouldn't consider her a villain.   </p>

<p>Maybe not a full villain, but she does a lot of villainous things, that when she does get in trouble in the end, it's very satisfying because most of the time, she goes too far even to the babies. </p>
