<p>The VFH is a fun addition to this wiki, but something that has been bothering me recently is how, every month, users are so quick to add candidates that it is impossible to add a candidate. Therefore, I think we should implement a rule that says that candidates can only be added once an hour in order to stop this from happening; multiple months I've had great ideas of candidates but I never get the chance to add it due to how overly fast everyone is. Pretty much every single month I see the same users proposing candidates, and it's getting really tiring.</p>

<p>What some users need to realize is the fact that it's midnight UTC when new nominations begin. For all we know, many users have probably already gone to bed (or are at least getting ready to) by that time, which by default eliminates the chance for others being able to nominate. Obviously not everyone on the Wiki are in that timezone, but it's still something to keep in mind.</p>
