So where do characters who only commit mass murders go?
Currently, only under Murderer.
Or simply Homicidal category
Or if succeeded in genocide/multiple genocides just under Genocidal.
The only thing I wondered about it was under what categories a villain is if he wants to commited genocide but didn't succeed and didn't murdered someone before.

Well, that person could still go under "genocidal" even though they didn't succeed.
What if they killed lots of people at once but they didn't have the intention to kill any race/species whilst doing so?
Mass Murderer so just under Murderer category.
but pennywise is technically an ancient evil though billions of years old
