<p>First of all, I'm not a big Dragon Ball fan and I not watched everything from it. But my friend does and he and many other users (Jester for example) said that he is not as heinous as the other Dragon Ball villains, and from what I read about him, I agree. He not seems that heinous compared to villains like Cell, Frieza or Zamasu, who destroyed entire planets, making multiple genocides or torturing people. The problem is that the Dragon Ball franchise has already a very high heinous standard what makes it hard for villains to be shocking or stand out more than the rest. I have the same feeling about Broly from the movies and Super Buu but I focussing on Babidi now. So I would say "Cut" to him.</p><p>

<p>Babidi had Buu kill many people throughout the Earth, and was planning to use him as a tool to terrioze the universe. Sounds bad enough to me.</p>
<p>But compare that crimes to Friezas, Zamasus and Cells crimes.</p>
<p>I'd say he is about as bad as Cell. Both killed cities worth of people (Babidi had Buu kill them but the deaths is still on his hands too), and both planned to cause universal destruction.</p>
<p>Yeah, but "planned". First of all, if he is responsible for killing entire cities than he is as same bad as Cell, like you said, and Pure Evil villains can't be the same bad, equaly bad. And like I said, if you compare with Frieza or Zamasu who killing even children and destroyed entire planets thus making multiple genocides, than it pictures Babidi and Super Buu as very harmless compared.</p><p>

<p>A villain can count with planned acts. Success isn't it a requirement. There have been countless keeps who didn't suceed in their worst acts but the fact that they attempted to commit them is what pushed them over.</p><p>

<p>Yeah I agree with Super Buu. I read that he killed and destroyed a quarter of human population and earth. That is heinous enough I guess. And for Babidi, yes a villain can count if it's just planned, but like I said, it's nothing compared to Frieza and Zamasu.</p>
