Yes very good example of both
Some user believes that Peter Griffin is not an anti-villain but, I think he is in my opinion, especially from what've I've remembered. Plus, Peter is not always that evil in my thoughts but, he is a neutral character most of the time.
He has no interest in helping society or others just about what's in it for him which by default isn't an anti-villain. Anti-villains want to help people and the majority just go about it the wrong way, Peter on the other hand regularly abuses and harms others based solely on what he wants to do at the time.
Yes, but that doesn’t mean Peter Griffin is evil all the time as he is more of a neutral character.
He is evil a lot of the time vs mostly neutral and that'd only make him On & Off not an Anti-villain.
Kitty, I think you have a wrong interpretation what an Anti-Villain is. But I can understand that because their is the word "anti" in it what normally means the opposite. But Anti-Villains are still evil but have noble goals for others and not just themselves.
