I don’t think so. Even though he only cares about himself and no one else, he isn’t the type of guy who stays all day admiring himself in the mirror like other villains. I’d say he’s more of a psychopathe or sociopath, that would be more accurate. Simply means he cannot feel compassion or love towards others.
