Maleficent is overrated in terms of evilness. Frollo is overrated in generals.
Frollo isn't overrated I actually think Hunchback is the most underrated disney movie ever

The film is underatted. Frollo and his song are overatted. He’s a genocidal would be baby killer and intended rapist. But this is just my personal opinion. I fully respect yours.
