It's a tie between RHM and Puppet but I think I'll go with RHM.

Syndrome is my favorite character, Mettaton is my second favorite, Puppet is most likely my favorite, Right Hand Man is also my favorite so far, and Siren Head is my least favorite.

Based on all of these options definitely Syndrome. He's the best Pixar villian ever.

For me, it's either a tie between RHM and Syndrome. I don't know enough about Siren Head to render a judgement, the Puppet is trying to protect the children who were killed by William Afton, and mistakes you for the man behind the slaughter, and Mettaton was doing as he was originally programmed to do, until they met Frisk.

Syndrome Is the Best Villain, Mettaton is My favorite, The Puppet is third, Right Hand Man is one of my Favorites so far and Siren Head is last.
