Noob Saibot and Light Yagami

In my case is the Waterwraith,a mysterious creature from pikmin 2 who's real physical body is tied to another dimension,that can instakill pikmin and creatures (with mods,it can be seen that it can 1shot the final boss of the game) and is horrific.Terrorizing.When it appears,you feel the fear,and know that everything is gonna go downhill.You can only run away from it.

Vilgax because: He's the first villain I know and admire. Even though he loses in every fight against Ben 10, he comes back stronger than the previous one and doesn't give up, making him my favorite villain so far.
