Those are the top 78 villains I’m choosing for said book

My opinions on some of these villains

Syndrome is one of my favorite Pixar villains. I like how he acts like a fanboy sometimes while still carrying out his dark persona. He is also really sadistic having multiple superheroes he lured on his island killed, willing to let a plane with children on it be destroyed, and endanger the public so he could look like a hero while "defeating" his giant robot.

King K. Rool is a really amazing villain. I find him really entertaining with his fake-out end credits, his theme song is without a doubt one of the best video game soundtracks of all time. I also like playing with him in Smash Ultimate. Hopefully he will be in the will return as the main antagonist in the next Donkey Kong Country Game. I would also love a spin-off game based around him.

The Alien is a cool antagonist. It does a good job of scaring the audience as it first starts out as small creature before growing up into a full indestructible monster. I also like its unique ability to enherate the traits of the host it was layed into. There intelligence makes them just as if not more menacing as there appearance as for example in the video game Alien: Isolation sometimes it will check around every corner for the player.

I think this is good, but I’d suggest just adding maybe King Ghidorah and/or Mechagodzilla
