Bradford is easy. Suffice it to say that he is the one to blame for Scrooge's worst time, sending Della into space and causing Scrooge to suffer for 10 years. Neither Glomgold, nor Magiki, nor Ma Beagle have ever caused as much pain to Scrooge as they did to Bradford. Not to mention the destruction adventure, an attempt to erase all of Scrooge's family and friends, and Bradford is possibly the only enemy that nearly defeated Scrooge.
No to mention the fact that Bradford brainwashed the three above-named characters. Magica, Glomgold and Ma Beagle might be more interacting with Scrooge, but Bradford was the one who made Scrooge so angry that no one, not even Magika, Glomgold and Ma Beagle, did.
