Douma From Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. He's the only non-Hate Sink among Demon Slayer PE's. Also, his personality is on the same level as Muzan, but nevertheless, his character has a high attractiveness and can be interpreted in various ways, so he is the best written PE villain in Demon Slayer.
Most of the Demon Slayer's PEs incite hatred, but Douma is intriguing, except for his attitude towards women.
(I personally don't like Muzan, but I think he did a great job as a PE-Hate Sink.)
