Out of these six, Palpatine. But I’m my opinion, the one that comes to mind is Ego
Oh i forgot to put him there.
Ego, Shou Tucker and Kai Chisaki (adoptive but still).
Shou Tucker
Not in the poll, but in all honestly, Ego is the worst father in media I have ever seen, seeing his own kids as mere tools, whom he kills personally when they don't meet his expectations (have his celestial genes), which are god knows how many, and his only one left lived because he has the gene, so he proceeds to destroy his last link to his mother, who died because of Ego, while enslaving him as a living battery for the next thousand years.
Okay, there is shou Tucker, nvm
Then comes Palpatine and then Ozai. Palpatine took in a kid by stealing him from his mother, enforcing harsh training on him to turn him into a killing machine, abandons him when he gets defeated, reacting apathetically to his presumed death, then goes on and kills his biological brother, torturing him after taking him prisoner tot he point where he would actually beg for death, and then there is his actual son, whom he orders his death on.
Mcu thanos is a good example because he abuse his daughter nebula.
Afton tries to kill his eldest son, indirectly kills his daughter and then tortures her once she's resurrected as a robot, and lets his youngest son get abused by his eldest, also making him indirectly responsible for his death once the elder son accidentally kills him.
There's also this theory that Vanny/Vanessa is an Afton (presumably his niece or granddaughter), and if that theory is true, then he gets even worse.
Hard to pick because all of them are quite awful
Voted Ozai because his abuse of Zuko and Azula was shown the most in the show, but Shao Kahn is underrated in his abusiveness due to the fact that he preemptively tried to kill Kitana. While Thanos only did it in the heat of the moment and seemingly felt bad about (still awful dad and a narcissist), Shao Kahn was already planning on killing Kitana before she did anything against him. She was completely loyal before MK2, but he still created Mileena to assassinate and replace her because he knew that once she (Kitana) found out the truth about Jarred and Edenia's conquest, she would become a liability. Great tactical move and show of long-term planning, but horrendous example of parenting.
