Ah you're a yugioh fan as well, not sure if III/Trey is really a villain since out of the whole family he's the nicest out of all of them, Paradox was awesome giving me one of my favorite archetypes, but my favorite villains include, Gentarou Hongou/Ace from 9 hours, 9 persons, 9 doors. Dio from Zero Escape Virtue's Last Reward. BTW 999 is the first zero escape game, Yuri from Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V and might as well include Z-ARC while we're at it. and also I guess Kiritsugu Emiya from Fate/Zero even though he is the protagonist and Victor Frankenstein from the Hammer Frankenstein films.
