To be honest, the survey is good. But alas, Bill wins. Plus, the Belos and Andrias story arc isn't over yet, so we don't know all about them yet. I recommend that you do such a survey again, only without Bill, and when the story arc of Belos and Andrias ends.
I think Lord Dominator because she loves to destroy everything and has no remorse. I think Bill is pretty great too but Dominator just seems a little more evil, to me at least
