Who is planning to re-propose Muscular and Kuin?

Apparently our friend Percy (based on a Disney villain) made two proposals on the MHA characters that were plaigiarized. So, who is planning on re-proposing them in the future, or we can just wait like Dabi and All for One?

I'm planning to do Muscular with my own words. I think TAD or SleepingGuy might have plans to re-propose Kuin Hachisuka or if they work together.

To be honest, I think it's time SleepingGuy gets his shots called for.

@Tabbykitth His page got deleted hours ago. Also, i'm going to be the one in charge of his re-proposal. Like, the third time already.

Plus I haven't proposed a MHA candidate yet so I'm going for my chances.

Alright. Wait, how long until the proposal will be out? Cause I was actually hoping it could come out on my birthday (Feb 5th) which is when I'll bring out the possible first Illumination PE who is currently being worked on in my sandbox.

I don't know when I will release it, maybe after I completed it after my other proposals are finished either way.
