I never quite understood the necessities and process of deciding who is eligible to vote. Can someone please clear that up for me?
For voting on Pure Evil proposals you need to be active for 3 or 5 months and gain 300 edits.
For voting on who is going to be headlined there’s no requirement, you can vote on anybody.
