Why is Starscream on the list?

I HATE Cartman. Not a big fan of Starscream, but he doesn't belong in this list. I actually like Dirty Bubble and M.O.D.O.K

Why so many people on Crazy glu- I mean Cozy glow TwT, she's my favorite MLP villain!
