On one hand, Hopper was pulled apart and eaten. On the other hand, Suphndrome (this was a mistake but it’s hilarious so I’m keeping it) got chopped into bits and then exploded.

At least Syndrome's death was quick.

Getting shredded up in a turbine and then getting blown up seems to be more brutal than getting pulled apart and eaten, so I pick Syndrome
