I watched "No Time To Die" few days ago and I have a thinking. Warning, spoilers!

Safin wanted to unleash Heracles to completely destroy Spectre. At best, I mean, kill every agent of it, even if it means to kill innocent people during this. At worse, I mean, kill any person that somehow related with Spectre (And, perhaps, kill himself after it because he also related with Spectre.). Here 3 reasons why I think it:

1. Spectre killed his family: Obviously, he'll want revenge.

2. Spectre has very many agents: So, Safin think, that kill as much people as it possible if every people that he want to kill will be killed is easier

3. He says that tries to make World more secure: Indeed, destruction of Spectre will make World more secure. However, not with Safin's plan...
