I think he is just a fanatic and annoying jerk. Also, we never saw him commit any crimes.

Other than you know, kill that guy on the glass bridge. And stall putting everyone in danger of dying. And suggest attacking and killing other teams. He does enough to qualify.

I recall that the guy on the glass bridge fell during a struggle between the two of them, he wasn't pushed intentionally. And putting everyone in danger does not necessarily mean to be evil, I think he was just being a jerk and stupid at that point. Then suggesting something more radical like he did might be an indicative, but he never really did anything.

He literally smiled after throwing him to his death, indicating he planned to do it again. Putting everyone's life in danger is far beyond jerk beahvior. He's heavily implied to have murdered people during the riot ("everyone's hands are already bloody") and he gave his team the idea to attack and kill other players at night.

Yeah, I know, but all we have on him are speculations about what he did or could have done, which I don't think it is enough to point out him as a villain. Also, the characters did not need to be evil to put everyone in danger during the glass bridge game, anyone who was scared could have ended up stalling.
