Had Bobby Driscoll not been thrown away by Disney, Sweet Pete wouldn't exist.
And if that was the case then who would be the villain of the film (I heard Pluto was intended to be the film's villain before being scrapped). I guess Oswald The Luck Rabbit could be a candidate.
