The page itself gives a very clear definition. To quote it verbatim:
"A beautiful, seductive, but ultimately villainous, woman who uses the malign power of her sexuality in order to ensnare the hapless hero into danger."
And yet, I see it used all the time on female villains who just happen to be attractive, seduction and temptation be damned.
The same goes for the Seductress category on the Heroes Wiki. What's up with that?
