So by the time Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania comes out, do you guys think it would be better if both Kang’s and HWR’s (which is He Who Remains) pages to be separated
Of course. I mean, the MCU Wiki has the two in separate articles, and like the He Who Remains said, he was nice compared to Kang's mean. The He Who Remains committed his own fare of mistakes, but all he did was to protect the multiverse from his Conqueror variant's threat.
