I feel like his categories should be edited and add Neutral Evil , Destroyers Of Innocence , Barbarians , Greedy , Egotists , Liars , Hypocrites , Blackmailers , Opportunists , Social Darwinists , Anarchists and Mascots. He killed a ton of soldiers , polices , gang members , bodyguards and some innocent people during GTA SA storyline. He's also power , money hungry , highly ambitious , determined , betrayed someone (such as Jizzy , T-Bone , OG Loc and Salvatore) for his personal gain and did some dirty works (especially stole vehicles) and he also even killed some innocent for his businesses and plans. although he's loyal and helpful to his gang , family and trusted allies and saved several people but his heinous actions far overweight his heroic actions. So I think his alignment is definitely more Neutral Evil than Chaotic Neutral , he's too heinous to be Chaotic Neutral.
