One of the best characters on the show.

I love him since his new character arc in season 4

I went from cheering when the Demogorgon got him in season 1 to nearly crying as he died protecting Eleven.

He’s pretty well written and has a sympathetic death

For me, he went from the most hateable character in the series, to one of the best Netflix villains out there.

Well written antagonist who went from hatable to complex and interesting. I even felt a little bit bad for him when he died.
