Are all on & off characters deserve to be in both villains and heroes wiki.
And what about redeemed villains and fallen heroes
On/off can’t be redeem that a my fact and my opinion.
@JEA1516 My question was if every on & off villains could be both on this and his sister wiki even if he is not redeemed
Edavor (my hero academia) actually on/off villain or hero. And shadow the hedgehog is a on/off jerk is my example and my opinion.
