Now I know the first PE villain in kids movies was in the 40s but was there any PE villains in the 50s, 60s, and 70s?

The Showa King Ghidorah is absolutely Pure Evil, all of his appearances were in movies and a tv show in the 60s and 70s, all of those appearances (except for one of them, which was more PG-13) were kids movies and shows.
