Neil was not the name I would expect to belong to a jerk.

But Neil isn’t really jerk though, he’s just an asshole, who has happen to be a lazy plot device for Billy’s shitty story.

A jerk is not a villain and are obnoxious people like Jason or Angela (or whatever the fuck her name is). By calling him that you kinda lessen his actions to something typical. That word fits more for a bully.

An asshole is a much more stronger term that fits Neil better.

People that hate Jason are usually younger than 18 or don’t care to think of the possibility that villains can be sympathetic characters too.
