Should we get a neutral wiki?

I think we need a "Neutral wiki" for all the characters that are neither heroes or villains. I feel like everybody will think this is a stupid idea but its just a thought

The Punisher, Red Hood, El Tigre, Deadpool, Harley Quinn, Scorpion, Loki, Kratos, Moon Knight, Vegeta, Travis Touchdown and Billy Butcher
