Ugly af

Emperor Palpatine. Definitely an iconic villain. Strong, intelligent, vengeful and just downright dangerous. All of that makes up for one of the most powerful villains in StarWars and one of the most deadly antagonists in any franchise.

A fantastic villain who should not have been brought back in the sequel trilogy.

Really cool villain up until “Somehow, Palpatine returned.”

I like The Rise of Skywalker novelization. It does a better job of explaining how the Emperor was able to resurrect himself.

Second best villain of all time, enough said.
