I rarely (if ever) do this via Discussion but I think it wise we get opinions on this, I think Stolas from Helluva Boss is more fitting on the Heroes Wiki than here.
Has he done some rotten stuff? yes, however he's not done the same level of criminal behavior as IMP etc.. save for the pilot (which was a very different thing) he's never done anything super-malicious and his worst antics are seemingly reserved for Stella (who more than deserves a lot of what she gets).
In a show as dark and off-the-rails as Helluva I think Stolas is depicted far more as a tragic anti-hero or flawed protagonist than a villain (before folk compare him to Blitzo etc just honestly watch the show a bit more, Blitzo more than does enough to be a villain (even if he's *slowly* improving) - Stolas even at his utter worst so far is not really much more than a jerk).
We did have him talk about how he wanted to ensure humans died quicker and in greater numbers but this was in the pilot and never brought up again, plus let's remember the setting for a moment, it's Hell.. which is depicted as a society run by psychopaths in order to deliberately turn its residents into psychopaths.
Stolas is pretty resistant to this system (as Stella's brother even notes "a Goetica has never behaved this way before").
