Too much antagonist fussing which is stupid. I think central and final should stay but I don't make the rules here. They are also omitting X-turned-Y now.

Overarching shouldn't be removed. It's too necessary and would be like removing main or secondary.

Here's a suggestion. Why not just remove antagonist roles entirely or only let admins change roles after they've been decided when the page was made?

Admins and mods are removing them because they’re— frankly— stupid and lead to too much edit warring, especially since there’s more to villains than just “what role they play in the plot”. With those terms removed, there will be much less fussing.

Is there an annoucement or blog post about all this?
