Animator vs Animation is it's own franchise, not fanon, so villains who originated from it should stay.

However, Animation vs Minecraft could technically be fanon but AvA isn't fanon in itself so even if AvM is fanon, only hostile mobs and other villains who don't appear outside the AvM shorts or the original Animation vs Minecraft should be moved over.
