DIO in the first week he met Jonathan:

• kicked and later burned Jonathan’s dog in a furnace

• beat him up in front of his hometown

• kissed his girlfriend Erina not because he liked her, but just to take her first kiss

And this ain’t even regarding the stuff he does later like poisoning his (Jonathan’s) father, later stabbing and killing him, attempting to kill Jonathan after activating the Stone Mask, jumping him during his honeymoon, and hunting his family generations later (briefly succeeding until Pucci is killed).
