Villains under psychotic are never psychopaths.

I can understand why Stu is considered Psychotic, but not Mickey.

Psychosis refers to the extreme mental illness where people are unable to distinguish what's reality and what's not. Joker is a good example of this.

Psychopathy is another mental illness where people cannot feel emotions toward wrongdoing.

They are not remotely the same thing.

Some users love to slap this category onto villains who are "Ax-Crazy" in nature. In reality, Ax-Craziness =/= Psychotic

It's a character quirk of displaying extreme violence, not a mental inability to tell what is real and what isn't.
