Gru because the Margo, Edith, Agnes touch his heart and saw that he wasn't alone anymore to the point of giving the moon to Vector in exchange for the girls despite giving away his villainous completions he had worked for so long.

Gru may have redeemed himself but he still has moments where he comes back to his villainy for a little bit with no remorse.

Gru because his redemption feels more realistic than the other three. Once they redeem they're mostly/exclusively on the side of good, while Gru still has problems with doing bad things from time to time even after his redemption. To me, a realistic redemption like that can add lots of character depth, and yeah you better believe Gru has that.
