The best Ultron

Looks more like his mainstream counterpart than the James Spader one.

Maybe better than og Ultron. Maybe.

Certainly an improvement from the Ultron we saw in the films.

Although, fun fact: this is actually not the first time that Ultron (in any media) has attempted to destroy the multiverse. There's also Ultron-1320 who, on top of said omnicide, puts his own creator/father in an "and I must scream" fate for two and a half decades.

The better infinity stones user

His scene where he realises the Watcher is there and then the fight that follows is my favourite in What If...?

Infinitely powerful, easily multiversal threats, even more powerful than the segima version (I might spell it wrong but u get the idea) because his ability to transcend reality, control over infinity stones and beat watcher’s ass. Infinity Ultron is no doubt the most powerful character in Disney and quit sure one of the most powerful villains in the history of Marvel comic if he didn’t get busted by the guardians of the multiverse, which is incalculable amount of plot armor that makes people think how awesome and freaking stupid this entire What if series is concluded, but I don’t really bother because it’s always a kind of marvel stuff of how they produce and promote their film and characters, like “eternal” (that movie is a disaster), and I’m not really a marvel fan but just explain and assess their characters for newbies. I sincerely hope they don’t f up the next season, for the sake of their fans and marvel’s future.
