I thought 2023 couldn't surprise me anymore but Vecna is getting a PE removal?!? What happened in the play? Where can I see this play? and why can I find like no information about it... other than it existing.

I never said that I wouldn’t be willing to give it a shot. After all, it’s the last season. And I’d love to be proven wrong that this is a bad thing.
Im just saying that, as of this moment, it is a disappointment for me. That’s all.
@X9 The Android The problem is not his moral status, we’re complaining about writing inconsistencies. He being removed is just a part of a bigger problem. I can’t complain about, let’s say, Snow, because his redeeming factors made sense. With Vecna everything is confused.
I do agree this surprises me, but maybe Vecna just thought and said the things the Mind-Flayer made him believe? Still let's see what happens in the fifth season.
Ok, let’s see, but I need to say that too many twists can be annoying for the audience.
I don’t think the writers will read this, but I’ll post this anyway.
@X9 The Android I'm not mad that he's being removed from PE because of the concept. Having him gain redeeming qualities or a tragic background is something I'm fine with, but having his entire backstory retconned after establishing him as a mastermind and doing it in some random tie-in play you have to go to London to see is pretty freaking stupid. Still though, I'm holding hopes for Season 5 to clear this up.
Hm, that's something I can agree with.
I’m kinda enjoying all of the chaos this is causing. I haven’t been this invested in Stranger Things or this wiki as a whole in quite a while (the closest being the page for the new incarnation of Ganondorf earlier this year).
Glad my suffering is bringing you some happiness. It's made me interested to tho ironically enough.
Hey man! That’s messed up you know that!
That said, even if the Duffer Brothers don't read this, I think we shouldn't criticized their writing and say they aren't good with continuity or not. Stranger Things is their show and they can do whatever they wish.
What do you think?
