Voted the Lich because this just seems to be another Bill Cipher poll.

The Lich. He's much more quiet, patient, and careful than Bill. Bill is a genius, but his fatal flaw is his arrogance and his love of chaos. The Lich loves death above anything else, and he always tries to destroy all life in the Multiverse through the most effective way, and given how he's perfectly sane and in control of his sadistic impulses for the most part, that makes him far more dangerous than Bill in my opinion.

Yes! For once I'm not the only one thinks the Lich is much more evil than Bill!

I think this would come down to the Lich vs Dimentio since Bill and Mephiles both have significant restrictions on their abilities. For example Bill can't escape Gravity Falls and can be killed in the mindscape, which characters like the Lich can manipulate. I have no idea how Dimentio vs the Lich would go, considering how abstract Dimentio's abilities seem to be.

Mephiles ain't Multi unless you give him his Solaris Half.

But Vortech is able to merge all universes into one, which means massive destruction of them all. He is even stronger reality warper than Bill (at least he is shown to be able to do so)
