Shao Kahn on the other hand, wants to destroy realms and timeline universes which he would expand.

Utrom Shredder has wanted to rule the multiverse to destroy the teenage mutant ninja turtles in every universe by becoming an interdimensional/extraterrestrial war criminal.

Oh and don't forget about Vilgax, he wanted to obtain the Omnitrix so bad that he would use it to equip an entire army with the powers of it under his control and wipe out all versions of Ben Tennyson in the entire multiverse and destroy all other timelines in existence.
