PC Principal makes me laugh the most due to him being more ridiculous rather than relying on shock value. There's nothing wrong with shock value comedy but I personally don't like it and Cartman has a lot of it so he's not really my favorite.

I prefer PC Principal mostly, after Stunning and Brave, it officially sealed him as the best written character, which is why he's my fave
