Captain Phasma and Hux, they were both wasted

Hollup tho I change my answer, because I up and forgot Phasma was even a character. What a waste of the current ONLY major female Star Wars antagonist, in a movie

I completely forgot about Disney I change my votes to snoke and admiral hux

Supreme Leader Snoke, General Hux and Captain Phasma.

Basically, Disney is the worst thing that could have happened to the Star Wars franchise.

They just really didn't know what to do with General Hux's character, he ended up becoming the most pointless villain in the film series.
