He is a hateable bastard done right. He shows both Yuji and the audience that cursed spirits that not only capable of having moral agency but can do a lot of vile actions. He also grows as a villain too, he originally had no goal and acted on impulse, but later developed a goal and wanted to see how far he can break Yuji. He also has a pretty unique ability and allows him to be creative with his fighting skills. He also acts as a game changer to the overall tone of the series. He knows curses are born to kill, lie and harm humans, like how humans eat and sleep, something he openly accepts as "human nature". Also, both English and Japanese voice actors nailed the performance.

I still like him even tho he's a bastard. Then why frickin like mei mei and she's a frickin pedo. And why like Naoya yet he's like the Andrew Tate of the entire jujutsu Kaisen

@Dailypotato23 The series already established Mei Mei isn't a good person, she is only loyal to whoever pays her the most. Her relationship with her brother, maybe vile but it is acceptable by Jujutsu standards. People like her because she is a parallel to Nanami. And Naoya grew up constantly being praised and handed everything on a silver platter.

I don't care either it's normal but it's frickin incest and pedophilia and they're both disgusting I don't frickin give a crap. And second of all, Naoya is a misogynist and there is no frickin way you expect me to like him yet he disrespects women

He has an actual presence, and the story also knew when it is high time to get rid of him when he no longer has a role in the story to play, and so gloriously dies.

This is unlike Kenjaku, who perhaps carried the Culling Games arc to be an actually good villain, was just killed off way too early just when he was getting interesting, or Sukuna... who while very cool at first, now his just lost any luster pulling frustrating ass-pull after ass-pull to win. The dude's an unbearable Villain Sue by this point.
